1、 Regulations on spot inspection and maintenance of maintenance personnel

1. According to the requirements of spot inspection standard.

2. In case of any fault or hidden danger that cannot be handled. it shall be reported to the production control room in time.

2、 Equipment lubrication regulations and lubrication table

1. The oil filling tools shall be clean. the oil pot and oil barrel shall be covered. the thin oil shall be filtered. and all kinds of oil shall meet the oil quality standard.

2. Each bearing shall be refueled once according to the standard. and the refuelling shall not exceed two thirds of the cavity.

3. The gear coupling must be lubricated once every three months.

4. The reducer shall be refueled according to the oil standard. the oil change time shall not exceed 12 months. and the gear must be well lubricated.

5. See attached table 1 standard for grease supply of gantry crane for details.

3、 Regulations on regular test and adjustment of equipment

1. motor

1.1 the stator insulation of each motor shall not be less than 1m Ω. the rotor insulation shall not be less than 0.5m Ω. the secondary copper ring shall be free of burn marks. and the carbon brush shall be worn within the specified range.

1.2 check whether the spring pressure of brush holder is consistent. and adjust it to a pressure of 0.015 ~ 0.02MPa. No fire is allowed in use.

1.3 check whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements. When it is lower than 85% of the rated value. it shall be stopped.

1.4 check whether the sound of motor is normal. whether there is vibration and whether the bearing is lack of oil and hot.

1.5 the contact area of carbon brush shall not be less than 90%. and the pressure of carbon brush spring shall not be less than 20KPa.

2. brake

2.1 check the moving part every day. keep flexible. operate accurately and reliably. without burning and abrasion. and replace the broken. cracked or severely worn part in time.

2.2 the insulation of the electromagnetic coil shall not be less than 1m Ω. and there is no virtual connection of grounding.

2.3 the surface of the brake wheel shall be free of oil traces. wear shall be uniform. crack and rope traces. and the temperature during friction shall not exceed 200 ℃.

2.4 during operation. the stability and uniformity of the brake must be ensured. In case of sharp vibration. it shall be adjusted in time.

2.5rkw brake is normally open. hydraulically driven and horizontally installed. It can be controlled by foot type hydraulic pump to realize arbitrary braking. It is equipped with a manual closing (closing) device. through which the braking can be maintained when it is necessary in non working state.

3. speed reducer

3.1 check once a day. no abnormal vibration is allowed. foundation bolts shall be complete and firm. replenish or change oil according to plan and season. and the oil filling amount shall not be lower than the scale of dipstick.

3.2 carefully observe whether there is abnormal sound every day. and handle and report in time if any abnormal phenomenon is found.

3.3 regularly check the meshing condition of the gear. and the contact of the gear surface shall be good.

3.4 the oil temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃ during operation.

4. Drum and pulley

4.1 check the drum. pulley. wheel shell and wheel rim every day for cracks. damage. wear. edge falling. etc.

4.2 if the wall thickness of the drum is worn to 20%. it shall be scrapped.

4.3 add lubricating grease to the bearing as required.

5. wire rope

5.1 check whether the steel wire rope is bent. broken. worn (wear is not more than 15% of the original size) and deal with it in time.

5.2 normal lubrication shall be ensured. and oil shall be added once a week.

6. hook group

6.1 each shift shall check whether the dangerous section of the hook is worn and rotated flexibly. whether the hook shaft is cracked. and whether the clamp plate is firm.

6.2 check the bottom diameter of the thread at the end of the hook or the undercut between the thread and the rod for cracks.

6.3 when the wear depth of dangerous section of hook exceeds 10% of its height. replacement shall be required.

7. Wheel and track

7.1 check the wheel lubrication. ensure it is in good condition. and clean and add oil regularly according to the regulations (generally 2-3 months).

7.2 check the wheel surface for sand limit crack and other defects. and the surface shall be flat and smooth.

7.3 check whether the track is straight. whether the gauge is changed. whether the weld joint is worn. etc.

8. Coupling and shaft

8.1 check all kinds of couplings once a shift. check whether the contact is good and reliable. lubrication and wear of gear coupling gear. and check whether the wheel body has cracks. etc.

8.2 whether there are looseness. serial movement. radial swing and other problems during operation. if any. they shall be eliminated in time.

8.3 check whether the shaft is bent. rusted. cracked. etc.

9. Metal structure

9.1 check the camber of the main beam. the side curvature of the bridge. and the deformation of the bridge web.

9.2 check other structural parts. platform railings. connecting bolts and rivets for corrosion. looseness. local deformation. and weld cracking.

10. Resistance box and electromagnet control box

10.1 the lead-in connector of the resistor shall be in good condition. the insulation shall not be burnt. the resistor shall not be broken. and there shall be no fire during operation. All screws must be tightened.

10.2 the resistance temperature rise shall not exceed 300 ℃. and the resistance surface shall be kept clean.

10.3 the electromagnet control box shall be clean and in good condition. with complete components and normal operation.

11. Distribution board and electrical equipment

11.1 the wire package shall be free of burn marks. its insulation shall not be less than 1m Ω. and there shall be no grounding. virtual connection and open circuit.

11.2 if the contact is charred or uneven. use a large screen of hammer knife or sandcloth to polish it.

11.3 each shift must check whether the contactor and relay operate flexibly and whether each terminal is loose.

11.4 check whether each fuse is fused. It is forbidden to replace the fuse with copper wire.

11.5 check whether the contact of contactor is overheated. and the pressing force of moving contact and fixed contact shall not be less than 2.5n.

12. controller

12.1 check that the pressing force between the contact and the contact piece is between 10-17n. and the joint surface of each contact and the contact piece is on the same line to ensure good contact.

12.2 pay attention to whether the wiring bolts of the controller are fastened and whether the leads are mechanically squeezed.

12.3 the linkage switch and pin of each controller shall be fastened. and the linkage key and driver shall be properly lubricated to ensure that they are free from corrosion. good operation and jamming.

4、 Regulations on regular cleaning of equipment

The external surface of the crane's big and small cars. cab. reducer. motor. electrical cabinet and other equipment shall be cleaned and wiped once a week.
