At the same time of further promoting the self construction of Shanghai Free Trade Zone. how to copy and promote the achievements of the system to a wider scope and produce greater reform and opening-up effect? We hope to build a free trade network in the Yangtze River Delta with dahongqiao as the center.

At present. Shanghai must strategically increase the institutional supply and opening support in Hongqiao area. and further expand the service industry opening effect of Shanghai free trade zone. I suggest that we should take dahongqiao business district as the center. integrate the four surrounding export processing zones. and prepare to establish "Puxi Free Trade Park".
